Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 grants a set of rights to every person whose personal data is processed. To exercise these rights you may apply to Areka Mühendislik Danışmanlık San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. through one of the channels below. Rights you may exercise (Article 11)

Response time and fees
Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff published by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. We may request additional documents to verify your identity and authority, in order to prevent unlawful disclosure of personal data.
Right to complain
If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the statutory period, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date.
